The Real Estate Committee:

• monitors developments in the practice of residential real estate
• collects feedback on and may make recommendations about:
  • The CBA Standard Undertakings
  • The CBABC/BCREA Standard Contract of Purchase & Sale
  • Conveyancing Practice Standards & Legislation
• develops CBABC policy and submissions; and
• provides recommendations to the Policy & Advocacy Committee regarding advocacy in relation to such matters.
