At this event, we heard personal accounts from our speakers and explore each phase of the following general framework of family planning:
- pre-planning (i.e. timing and IVF/fertility treatments);
- starting a family (i.e. the challenges of motherhood and transitions from and back to work); and
- working, whilst having a family (i.e. parental leave policies and work-life balance).
