This musical showdown returns on March 28, 2025, at the Da Vinci Centre in Victoria!  

Get ready to cheer on local bands going head-to-head in front of a distinguished panel of judges. All of them vying for the prestigious Rob Ritchie Memorial Battle of the Bar Bands Trophy. Will last year’s winning band, The Remnants, take home the prize? Or will Vancouver’s Shag beat them to it? Maybe UVic’s new offering, Cheap Flavour, will blow them all away!  

The top band won’t be the only winner. Purchase a 50/50 ticket during the event for the chance to win a cash prize! 

Enjoy your favorite drinks at the bars until 11pm and treat yourself to delicious Greek food at The Greek on the Street food truck right outside. 

The first band starts playing at 7pm sharp, so don’t be late!
