“How Understanding Neuroscience Helps You Succeed”
Wednesday, April 17th, 2019 at 12:15-1:30pm
CPD Approved for 1.25 Hour
When you are faced with competing demands do you find yourself shutting down? This workshop will help you understand neuroscience- based mindfulness and meditation techniques that teach you to self-manage in a way that helps you focus and be more effective in the courtroom, boardroom or living room. You will learn how to overcome procrastination and manage the mental exhaustion of competing demands and traumatic situations by understanding the subtle internal signals going on beneath the surface of your attention. This will enhance your capacity to self-regulate and collaborate with others more effectively.
