Callison Zeunert Law Corporation is looking for a summer student qualifying for the 2018 REAL Program beginning May 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019.
Located along the historical Alaska Highway in the heart of the Peace River Valley, Callison Zeunert Law Corporation has been providing legal services in Fort St. John and the surrounding area for over 40 years. With four practicing lawyers, a paralegal and a strong support staff, they strive to provide a variety of quality legal services to the Peace Region including Criminal Defence, Corporate Commercial, Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Civil Litigation. They are also the local agent for the Legal Services Society of British Columbia.
Fort St. John is a young and active town truly living up to its motto “the Energetic City”. There are a number of sports teams, theatre groups and open mic nights to join year round. The city is also surrounded by numerous parks for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and skiing. With the adventurous foothills of the Rocky Mountains to the west and the warm golden glow of the prairies to the east, you will be awed by the natural beauty of this area.
The successful applicant may be considered for temporary articles and we expect him or her to participate in all aspects of our practice including attendance in court and some administrative duties.
