Meeting Title/Topic: LTSA Project Ace
Synopsis: The LTSA is embarking on a three year project to improve its customers’ user experience. Called Project ACE, it has several initiatives, including one that will replace the Electronic Filing System (EFS) with the Web Filing System. Web Filing and other proposed services will significantly change land title document completion and execution. The LTSA wanted to provide members with an overview of its thinking to date and obtain their feedback. The discussion was led by Carlos MacDonald, registrar of the Victoria Land Title Office.
