Meeting Title/Topic: Cascadia Conselling - Services to Support Restructuring Families
Synopsis: Eliot Lowey discussed the services available through Cascadia Counselling to assist your clients and their families after separation. Eliot will describe the services available from co-parenting and communication work to their services in email monitoring and alienation/estrangement work. Eliot will describe how a family systems-based approach differs from the traditional counselling approach, what indicators counsel may notice about a family that may benefit from a referral to their programs and how counsel can communicate with the counsellors to best support the family moving forward. This topic will add to the family practitioner's understanding of the effective resources available in Victoria for moderate to high conflict family cases.
