The Medical-Legal Liaison Committee is a joint committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, The Doctors of BC and the Law Society of BC.
The purpose of the Committee is to foster best practices between the medical and legal profession and to solve, either through policy, consultation or non-binding alternate dispute resolution processes, difficulties and issues that can arise as a result of the interaction between the medical profession and the legal profession.
