Fred Wynne is an employment lawyer, a human rights lawyer, and above all a tenacious problem solver. Fred practices in all areas of employment law, especially wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, human rights discrimination, disability accommodation, privacy, and non-competition and non-solicitation matters. Fred has appeared as a lawyer before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as before administrative tribunals such as the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal and the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal. Despite Fred’s comfort with the litigation process, Fred is also committed to resolving lawsuits without going to court, including through negotiation and mediation whenever possible. Fred is a trained mediator, holding certification from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University which is the United States’ top ranked dispute resolution law school.

Andrew D. Gay, K.C. is a partner at Gudmundseth Mickelson LLP. Andrew is a litigator with a focus on administrative law and public authority liability. Andrew advises a number of regulatory bodies, is an expert in the law of judicial review, and litigates cases involving professional discipline and government liability. Andrew is the former co-chair of the BCABC Administrative Law Subsection and a former member of the Civil Resolution Tribunal.

Robin Gage she/her

Robin has a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on public law including environmental, aboriginal, constitutional, human rights, employment, and administrative law. Robin has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the BC and Federal Courts of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court, the BC Provincial Court, and before administrative tribunals and arbitrators. She is a 2001 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia, and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2003 after clerking for the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Robin has a passion for issues of equality and social justice, and is the Past-Chair of the CBABC’s Women Lawyers Forum – Vancouver Island, Chair of the CBABC’s Court Services Committee, former chair of the Capital Families Association, and an associate of the University of Victoria’s Environmental Law Centre. She supports public legal education by speaking to law students, community groups, professional associations, and high school students about important legal issues.

Dimple Kainth
Satya Law
Dimple Kainth is the principal of Satya Law. She currently practices in the areas of administrative law, professional regulation, and workplace investigations. She acts as defense counsel for lawyers and other professionals against allegations of incompetence, professional misconduct, and licensing and registration matters. She is former in-house counsel with Investigations, Monitoring, & Enforcement at the Law Society of BC and experienced with disciplinary matters, and ethical and practice management issues. Dimple is also a consultant for lawyers and law firms for ethical issues, all aspects of practice management, regulatory compliance, mentorship, and EDI. Dimple believes in giving back to the legal profession. She has a passion for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and has been a committee member of the CBA's EDI committee for the past few years. She has also been an active mentor for the Women's Law Forum for many years.
