Rose Keith, K.C. is a Partner with Harper Grey. Her multi-faceted practice focuses on workplace law assisting both employers and employees, in a full range of issues including wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights matters, workplace investigations, and policy and procedure developments. She also has a thriving critical injury practice representing clients in motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability cases and a significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing clients in sexual abuse cases, either as plaintiff or as defendants and is the Chair of our critical injury group. Rose is a skilled mediator and her broad subject matter expertise is used to help resolve disputes through mediation in other areas including wills and estates, personal injury, and breach of contract. She is well known across the province for her legal acumen and sound judgment. She is passionate about initiatives supporting women most recently becoming an advisor and blogger with Life in Law, a support forum for women in law by women in law.

Robin has a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on public law including environmental, aboriginal, constitutional, human rights, employment, and administrative law. Robin has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the BC and Federal Courts of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court, the BC Provincial Court, and before administrative tribunals and arbitrators. She is a 2001 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia, and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2003 after clerking for the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Robin has a passion for issues of equality and social justice, and is the Past-Chair of the CBABC’s Women Lawyers Forum – Vancouver Island, Chair of the CBABC’s Court Services Committee, former chair of the Capital Families Association, and an associate of the University of Victoria’s Environmental Law Centre. She supports public legal education by speaking to law students, community groups, professional associations, and high school students about important legal issues.

Andrew is a litigator and dispute resolution lawyer with extensive experience in builders liens, real estate, and land litigation as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. He has practiced for over 10 years in Vancouver with a national (now international) firm and has practiced in Kelowna for almost 10 years. Chris’ practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation with an emphasis on resolution prior to litigation and achieving practical solutions to disputes. He has extensive experience acting for subcontractors, contractors and owners in all forms of construction related disputes including in mediation, arbitration and various levels of court, including at the Supreme Court of Canada. David Madani was called to the bar in 2007 and is counsel at Meridian Law. He spent seven years at a commercial litigation firm in Victoria and has been with his current firm since 2013 practicing primarily insurance defence as well as general civil litigation. David also provides contract research and drafting services for small firms and sole practitioners. He is particularly interested in disclosure issues and legal research. He presented at the 2022 Annual Personal Injury Law CLE conference on issues relating to disclosure, settlement privilege and redactions.
