Before coming to the City in 2018 his previous experience was in civil litigation and insurance defence with a focus on municipal work. Glen has been a general (small town) practitioner for over 30 years, with a particular focus on municipal law on behalf of smaller municipalities, regional credit unions and real estate law. He has a wealth of experience as a solicitor and litigator. He was appointed the K.C. distinction in 2011.

Participant Acknowledgement

To be eligible to utilize the Practice Coaches Program, participants must acknowledge the following:

  • Participants contacting a coach are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.
  • Participants are Law Society of BC members in good standing.
  • Participants are expected to be prepared for their call with a coach by doing any necessary research and critical thinking about the issue beforehand.
  • Participants must remain aware of any potential conflicts of interest, including the potential that someone else in the firm may be representing an opposing or related party.
  • Participants must maintain client confidentiality. Share only the information necessary to have the discussion.
  • Coaches have generously contributed their time to offer their guidance. Calls are expected to be between 15-30 minutes; please be prepared and efficient with your time.
  • Coaches are not obligated to continue assisting you without remuneration over a period of time after the initial call.
