The Ministry of Attorney General has responded to CBABC’s submission of June 23, 2023, which recommended a more intentional approach to the design of virtual courtrooms.
Several related projects are highlighted that incorporate CBABC views, including advancing virtual court architecture by working with Microsoft to provide additional functionality and features, and facilitating virtual appearances through providing public locations with no-cost Court Services Online access.
CBABC is pleased to note the Ministry’s appreciation for the continued collaboration with our members and welcomes further engagement as these initiatives progress.
