Meeting Title/Topic: The Shrinking Boundaries of Multijurisdictional Class Actions 
Synopsis: Sharon Matthews, Q.C. hosted a session on multijurisdictional class action issues, including the Supreme Court of Canada's recent decision in Endean v. British Columbia, 2016 SCC 42. Ms. Matthews was counsel for a class of plaintiffs on Endean. She was President of the BC Branch of the CBA for 2011 – 2012, and is currently sitting on the CBA committee that is considering multijurisdictional class action issues.
