Synopsis: A core group of the Kelowna Collaborative Practice Group, led by the two organizers, spoke to us about forming such a group locally.

Synopsis: This was a joint meeting of the Family Law - Kamloops and Criminal Justice - Kamloops Sections, speaking on protection orders under the Family Law Act.
Comments and Observations of the Chair
The Section continues to be primarily a link between local practitioners, the Courts, the Branch, the National Family Law Section and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. We are a small but engaged bunch and regularly turn out numbers disproportionate to our relative population.
