Thank you to all of those who have expressed interest and attended the seminar and information sessions for the Victoria Early Resolution and Case Management Model Prototype.

We would like to invite you to our next seminar.  The enabling Provincial Court rule for the Victoria model (OIC 137 ) has been published and we are now able to provide a more detailed walk through of the new rules and processes that will be implemented at the Victoria Provincial Court on May 13, 2019.
