When it comes to creating more of what you want in your practice, you need a goal, a plan and strategies to keep you on track. Whether it’s dusting off a project you sidelined last March, going after a new role or building a stronger professional network, the WLF is offering an opportunity for you to create results in your practice with the help of professional coaches. 

The WLF and lawyer coaches Allison Wolf and Paula Price are pleased to offer a customized series of three virtual workshops to help you bring your professional goals to life. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. 1. Create Your Goal. Delivered by Paula Price. Friday March 12 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm PST

Bring your ideas. This workshop is your first step toward creating the results you want in your practice. You’ll learn strategies to choose your goal, create benchmarks and develop a winning mindset to overcome challenges. The goal you decide on in this class is the one you’ll develop during the workshops. You’ll leave this session with a clear goal, an initial plan of action and custom protocols.

  1. 2. Developing a Personal Business Plan. Delivered by Allison Wolf. Thursday April 1 from 2:30 – 4 pm PST.

Now that your goal is clear, it’s time to make it happen. In this session, you’ll learn how to make business planning a valuable practice for gaining focus and clarity about your priorities and how best to advance them. Using your goal, you’ll work with Allison to create your own personal roadmap for moving forward.   

  1. 3. Self-Coaching. Delivered by Allison Wolf and Paula Price. Tuesday April 20 from 12:30 pm – 2 pm.

Bringing goals to life can be uncomfortable. When you run into challenges, it helps to have strategies to stay on track. In this session, Allison and Paula will each share their top three self-coaching strategies that you can use to move through setbacks and closer to your goal. 

Each of the sessions will have time allocated for live Q&A and members are invited to submit questions to Allison and Paula prior to sessions. Participants are encouraged to register and attend all three sessions in the order presented. Access to the webinar recordings will be available for lawyers who are unable to attend live at the scheduled times. Prior to the sessions, members will receive a downloadable workbook with exercises to complete relating to each session.
