Graeme Hooper and Kevin Westell provide a discussion on conducting regulatory investigations. Graeme, Associate Counsel with Mitha Law Group, shares his experience in occupational health and safety matters under both WorkSafeBC and the Federal Labour Program, including regulatory and quasi-criminal investigations. Kevin, a founder of Pender Litigation, provides additional insight from his criminal and regulatory defence work, including experience in a range of professional tribunals, including the BC Securities Commission, the Law Society of BC and the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.
