The purpose of Provincial Council is to carry on the work of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch (CBABC) and advance its objects. Pursuant to the By Laws of the CBABC, each County in the province of British Columbia is represented on Council.
Under the Bylaws of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, each County in the province shall be represented on Council. Only CBA members are eligible for nomination and election and, if elected, must maintain CBA membership throughout their term of office.
