As the advisory body to the Board of Directors, members of Provincial Council bring the concerns and interests of lawyers in their region to the attention of the CBABC Board and bring the latest developments in our profession back to local lawyers.

ELIGIBILITY
Only CBA members are eligible for nomination and election and, if elected, must maintain CBA membership throughout their term of office.
Those eligible to nominate and vote for a county representative are CBA members who are:
- Practicing members whose principal place of business is in the County, and
- Non-practicing members whose residence is situated in the County.
NOMINATIONS
Nominations for these positions must be in writing and signed by two members and the nominee, all of whom must be CBA members.
The Nomination and Candidate Statement must be completed and emailed to Kerry L. Simmons, KC, Chief Executive Officer, at ea@cbabc.org, on or before 5:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2025.
