The BC Supreme Court Associate Judges have advised that many submitted digital binders are not adhering to the correct format as directed by the court. If this continues to this extent, the court may begin to reject digital binders that do not adhere.
The most common errors found are missing Table of Content hyperlinks to each individual document and incorrect page numbers, as well as some being still submitted as individual PDF’s, rather than the single binder format. Lawyers are asked to review the court’s guidelines, available online in written form and video tutorials.
