Discipline Defence Counsel

The Discipline Defence Counsel roster lists lawyers available to counsel other members of the Bar who are facing an investigation or disciplinary proceeding with the Law Society of British Columbia. The roster is available to CBABC members, as a benefit of membership.

Most lawyers on the Discipline Defence Counsel roster volunteer their time, although some may charge after an initial number of volunteer hours.
