Comments and Observations of the Chair
The Family Law - Vancouver Section has had an active year, having 7 events from October 2012 to June 2013. The executive worked hard to bring relevant topics, engaging speakers, and practical experience to the meetings. With the introduction of the Family Law Act in March of 2013, and a resurgence of interest in the CBA meetings amongst younger members of the bar, we were fortunate to have high participation numbers at our meetings.
