The Insurance Law Section has been invited to respond to the BCLI’s Consultation Paper on Insurance Issues for Stratas. The Consultation Paper can be found here with associated website here. The Insurance Law Section struck a subcommittee which has prepared the proposed submissions, which can be found here. We now invite comments from the members of the Section on the proposed submissions.
