Meeting Title/Topic: Navigating LGBT Issues for Prospective Immigrants and Refugees
Synopsis: This was a joint section meeting between the Immigration Section and SOGIC. The meeting will discuss: The IRB's new gender orientation guidelines, issues for LGBT people in refugee claims; and tips and strategies for your first LGBT file.
