Robert recently retired as the Chief Justice of British Columbia and Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal of Yukon after 27 years as a judge. He now continues his passion for access to justice as a board member of Access Pro Bono BC and in his mediation and arbitration practice.

Meena is a lawyer and social worker with extensive experience in both the public and private sector. Meena is a co-founder of South Asian Legal Clinic of BC and she is now the Managing Lawyer of the clinic, overseeing clinic operations and legal practice.

Anna is a past president of the of the Law Society of BC and has served as the Deputy Chair and the Commissioner of the BC Utilities Commission since 2019. She has practiced law in British Columbia since 1986 focussing on corporate and commercial law, aboriginal law and administrative law.

Andrea is a member of the Nuxalk Nation and an Assistant Professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. Her research examines the intersections of Indigenous laws, Aboriginal rights and environmental regulation and demonstrates the potential for Indigenous laws to enhance Canada’s multi-juridical legal system.

Robert is a senior public law lawyer with an extensive background in public policy, professional regulation and governance, aboriginal law and negotiations with First Nations.

Robert is a member of the CBA’s National Policy Committee and also serves as Canadian Chair of the Commonwealth Lawyers’ Association, and as a Director of Lawyers’ Rights Watch Canada. Robert teaches courses in Access to Justice, Law by Design, and Legal Ethics and Professionalism

Daniel manages the Pringle Law Vancouver office and practices criminal law in Alberta and British Columbia. He is an adjunct professor at Allard School of Law teaching “Legal Rights Under the Charter.” He is also an advisor for the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute, a board director of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, a member of the Legal Aid of Alberta Appeals Committee and a supervising lawyer for the UBC Innocence Project.
