Calling all Section Executives
Why volunteer?
As a Section Executive, you have the unique opportunity to help craft the professional development and networking programming for your Section. Have your say on what topics are covered, choose which speakers share their expertise and grow your professional visibility among your colleagues.
Your responsibilities
Each year, Section Executives start planning in the summer for programs that run from September to June. In this role, you will collaborate with Section Executives to plan and run 3-6 activities, including session topics, speaker outreach and coordination with staff.
Section Executives lead by example, keeping their Section informed about changes to relevant laws and policies affecting members, contributing to submissions and writing for BarTalk about important issues.
