The Discipline Defence Counsel roster is a list of lawyers who have put their names forward to counsel members of the Bar facing an investigation or disciplinary proceeding with the Law Society of British Columbia. The Discipline Defense Counsel roster is available to CBABC members, as a benefit of membership.
We welcome experienced volunteers that can help lawyers in these circumstances.
