On April 6, 2011, a mock trial was held for Peter Pan who was charged with break-and-enter and teaching children how to fly. The mock trial was held at the Kamloops Courthouse at 455 Columbia Street.

The lederhosen and dancing shoes have been put away and the beer and schnitzel digested. The sixth annual Victoria Battle of the Bar Bands is now just a warm memory for the 250 or so who attended the event on April 1, 2011.

On October 21, 2010, the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch (CBABC) held the CBABC/UBC Faculty of Law Mentoring Reception in Vancouver, British Columbia. The evening was moderated by the CBABC student representative Kristen Brewer.

On October 19, 2010, the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch (CBABC) held the CBABC/UVic Faculty of Law Mentoring Reception in Victoria, British Columbia. CBABC President Stephen McPhee presented the $4,000 CBA Entrance Scholarship to Burke Vindevoghel.

NAAF President and CEO Roberta Jamieson and CBABC President Stephen McPhee joined more than 300 members of the Bench and Bar and guests at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel on September 30, 2010 for an evening of fundraising for Aboriginal students to attend law school in British Columbia.
