Access to Court Materials (ACM) provides lawyers with secure, on-demand access to key Provincial Court materials.
Effective January 29, 2026, the Ministry of the Attorney General expanded the ACM to include Youth Informations, Record of Proceedings, Family Law Act and Child, Family and Community Service Act court audio (DARS) and log notes.
The ACM has also been updated to include direct links to Court Services Online and the Family Law Act application, supporting a smoother end-to-end digital experience from viewing court materials to filing documents.
These enhancements promote access to justice by enabling secure, timely retrieval of court documents and audio from counsel’s own workspaces.
Note: Access to Youth materials in ACM depends on whether a disposition has been entered and the timing of that disposition. If a disposition exists and was entered more than 60 days ago, access is not available through ACM and users will be directed to contact the court registry.
