CBABC is seeking nominees to appoint as our representative to the Land Title and Survey Authority to BC's Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) for a three-year term commencing November 2025.
The LTSA Board established the SAC to ensure effective two-way communication with stakeholders and customers. The SAC is chaired by the CEO and includes a senior representative from the Province with legislative responsibility for the related Enactments. The group meets virtually twice a year, and once in-person in Vancouver, B.C.
The CBABC representative will also sit on CBABC's Real Estate Committee, which meets five times a year virtually.
Members who wish to be considered should submit their letter of interest and resume to the attention of Kerry L. Simmons KC, Chief Executive Officer, by 5pm on October 17 to ea@cbabc.org.
