Effective date: 1 Oct 2026
The Order in Council 264/2026, B.C. Reg. 105/2026 amends the Supreme Court Civil Rules and Supreme Court Family Rules chambers applications process to a serve then file model, and requires chambers applications to be set for hearing by filing a notice of hearing of application. The OIC also includes some housekeeping amendments.
