Picklists are lists of standard terms for court orders that can be used in all BC Provincial Court locations. With a letter and number code for each term, court clerks can find terms quickly and accurately capture a judge’s order.
Effective November 10, the Provincial Court of British Columbia released a revised Family Orders Picklist FLA. D17 specific terms of appointment of children’s counsel pursuant to s. 202 of the Family Law Act were added and the last paragraph in D17 was removed.
