Share your input on the Family Law Early Resolution process

Help inform CBABC’s feedback to the BC Supreme Court.

A group of people standing on a hill backlit by the sun.

The BC Supreme Court Early Resolution Process Advisory Committee is developing a model for an early resolution process for family law matters. CBABC wants your input to inform discussions with the committee.

Join an engagement session to share your perspectives on:

  • Circumstances in which parties should be exempt from the ERP
  • Circumstances in which certain requirements of the ERP, including parenting education and mandatory dispute resolution, should be waived
  • Processes for initiating, exempting, completing or resuming the ERP
  • Assessment, triage, mixed-claims and resourcing considerations
