The Real Estate Committee:
- monitors developments in the practice of residential real estate
- collects feedback on and may make recommendations about:
- The CBA Standard Undertakings
- The CBABC/BCREA Standard Contract of Purchase & Sale
- Conveyancing Practice Standards & Legislation
- develops CBABC policy and submissions; and
- provides recommendations to the Policy & Advocacy Committee regarding advocacy in relation to such matters.
