- Monitors developments in the practice of real estate:
- Collects feedback on and may make recommendations about:
- The CBA Standard Undertakings.
- The CBABC/BCREA Standard Contract of Purchase & Sale.
- Conveyancing Practice Standards & Legislation.
- Develops CBABC policy and submissions.
- Provides recommendations to the Policy & Advocacy Committee regarding advocacy in relation to such matters.
