Non-disclosure agreements are often used to silence people after they’ve experienced harm. The Community Legal Assistance Society invites lawyers to share perspectives on how often NDAs are used, why they are included and their broader impact given concerns about their role in sexual harassment, assault and workplace discrimination.

In 2024, CBABC delivered a submission on regulating NDAs in B.C., highlighting how widespread misuse can silence survivors.
